Project Accounting Supervisor

Our Chicago Office is currently seeking a Project Accounting Supervisor to work on Billing, Revenue, and Accounts Receivable activities. This individual will work as part of our Corporate Finance team and report to the Billing Manager. The Project Accounting Supervisor will oversee all billing and project accounting related responsibilities for local and international engineering projects .Oversee and direct daily activities of the Project Accounting/Invoice Specialist team. Perform special projects related to Project Accounting, Client Audits, or system improvements/upgrades. Create ad-hoc and standard reports supporting Invoicing and Revenue recognition. Assist with reconciliations of Open Billing Detail to General Ledger.
