- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive brand growth and increase market share within a designated geographic zone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, medical, and market access, to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand strategies.
- Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks for the brand.
- Manage and allocate budget/resources effectively to support brand initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team of brand managers to deliver on brand objectives and targets.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of brand strategies at the regional level.
- Monitor and track brand performance and provide regular updates to senior management on key metrics and progress towards goals.
- Identify and develop relationships with key opinion leaders and other external stakeholders to support brand initiatives and enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with global and regional brand teams to leverage best practices and ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance guidelines to ensure all brand activities are in line with company standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve brand strategies and tactics to drive business success and stay ahead of industry trends.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales And Marketing, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Market Trends, And Competitive Landscape Within The Assigned Zone.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Strategic Brand Plans And Achieving Sales Targets.
Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Coach And Develop A Team Of Sales Professionals.
