  1. Oversee the maintenance and support of the Workday platform to ensure optimal performance and usability for employees.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Workday, escalating to appropriate teams as necessary.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements and enhancements to the Workday platform.
  4. Develop and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures for Workday support.
  5. Monitor system usage and performance, proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues.
  6. Manage and prioritize incoming support requests, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday support, providing exceptional customer service to all employees.
  8. Train and educate employees on how to effectively use the Workday platform.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest Workday updates and releases, implementing new features and functionalities as needed.
  10. Work closely with HR and other stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, translating them into technical solutions within Workday.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Workday support teams and vendors.
  12. Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights on system usage and performance.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations.
  14. Manage and develop a team of Workday support specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows within the Workday platform.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Workday Support Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Workday Hcm, Including Configuration, Troubleshooting, And Reporting.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Experience In Project Management, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
