- Develop and implement global eCommerce strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives
- Manage and optimize conversion rates across multiple eCommerce platforms and channels
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in performance marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure effective and efficient execution of eCommerce initiatives
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and performance marketing
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and projects
- Manage budget and resources to achieve desired results within allocated parameters
- Lead and mentor a team of eCommerce professionals, providing guidance and support to drive continuous growth and development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to eCommerce and marketing activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Performance Marketing And Conversion, Preferably In The Ecommerce Industry
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Global Ecommerce Projects, Including Budget Management And Cross-Functional Team Coordination
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Tools And Platforms, Such As Google Analytics, Seo, And Social Media Advertising
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
