- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and engage key opinion leaders in the field of hematology oncology.
- Develop and maintain relationships with thought leaders, including physicians and researchers, to drive scientific exchange and gather insights on the latest developments in the field.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for thought leaders, providing them with timely and accurate information about our products and programs.
- Plan and execute advisory boards, speaker programs, and other educational events in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategic plans to support the commercialization of hematology oncology products.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent Sanofi at scientific conferences, symposia, and other events to build brand awareness and enhance thought leader relationships.
- Provide regular updates and reports on thought leader interactions, insights, and action plans to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with medical affairs and clinical development teams to support the design and execution of clinical trials and other research initiatives.
- Act as a resource for internal teams on thought leader perspectives, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Advanced Degree In Hematologic Oncology: Candidates For This Position Should Possess A Master's Or Doctorate Degree In Hematologic Oncology Or A Related Field. This Will Ensure That They Have A Strong Understanding Of The Field And Can Effectively Communicate With Key Opinion Leaders And Medical Professionals.
Previous Experience In A Liaison Role: The Ideal Candidate Will Have Previous Experience Working As A Liaison In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, Preferably In The Field Of Hematologic Oncology. This Experience Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Hematologic Oncology Landscape: The Thought Leader Liaison Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Current Trends, Challenges, And Opportunities In The Field Of Hematologic Oncology. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Engage With Thought Leaders And Provide Valuable Insights To Internal Teams.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Thought Leader Liaison Requires Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. The Candidate Must Be Able To Effectively Present Complex Scientific Information And Build Relationships With Key Thought Leaders And Cross-Functional Teams.
