  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Sanofi's third-party management policies, procedures, and standards.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections of third-party suppliers and partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and areas for improvement in third-party management processes.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and improve the quality and compliance of third-party products and services.
  5. Monitor and track third-party performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers and partners, serving as a point of contact for any compliance-related inquiries or issues.
  7. Conduct trainings and workshops for internal stakeholders and third-party partners to ensure understanding and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  8. Continuously monitor industry trends and regulatory changes related to third-party management and make recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures as needed.
  9. Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to negotiate and draft contracts with third-party suppliers and partners, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on third-party management, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams and addressing any compliance-related concerns or issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Third Party Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Third Party Management And Supplier Relationships.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Negotiate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Develop Strategies To Improve Third Party Performance And Mitigate Risks.
