  1. Lead and manage the Media-Vaccines group within the company, providing direction and guidance to team members.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to drive innovation and improve processes within the group.
  3. Oversee the development and production of life-saving vaccines, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, and quality control, to achieve company goals.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Leadership Role Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, With A Focus On Vaccines.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Vaccine Development Processes, Including Regulatory Requirements And Quality Systems.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
