As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, building relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and ensuring the best talent is brought into our organization.   1. Develop and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy for the organization.
  2. Lead and direct recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding top talent.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and external recruitment partners.
  4. Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract and engage with diverse and high-quality candidates.
  5. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.
  8. Train and coach hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices.
  9. Develop and maintain employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  10. Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events to expand the talent pool and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  11. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  12. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
  13. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
  14. Develop and maintain recruitment budget and track expenses.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database and other systems.
  16. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.
  17. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably Within The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies, Sourcing Techniques, And Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.

  • Proven Experience In Leading A Team Of Recruiters And Managing Multiple Recruitment Projects Simultaneously.
