- Implement and maintain tracking tags to ensure accurate and consistent data collection across all digital platforms.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform digital strategy and website optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tag Management Systems to track and measure website traffic and user behavior.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics and share recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to tagging and data collection, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Make data-driven recommendations to enhance the user experience and increase website conversions.
- Collaborate with other digital team members to develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
- Train and educate team members on web analytics tools and techniques to encourage data-driven decision making across the organization.
- Continuously monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop tagging strategies for new campaigns and initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement within the digital landscape.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on web analytics data and insights, and offer recommendations for future strategies.
- Adhere to data privacy and security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of confidential information.
Knowledge Of Tag Management Systems: A Qualified Candidate For A Tagging & Web Analytics Expert Role At Sanofi Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Tag Management Systems Such As Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium, Etc. They Should Be Able To Effectively Implement Tags And Track User Behavior On Different Digital Platforms.
Proficiency In Web Analytics Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Advanced Knowledge Of Web Analytics Tools Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Etc. They Should Be Able To Set Up And Configure Analytics Tracking To Gather Insights And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
