- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for supply chain operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of supply chain processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to address and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in compliance requirements, and communicate these updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to supply chain team members on compliance best practices.
- Monitor and track compliance metrics and report on performance to management.
- Investigate any potential compliance violations and work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry associations to stay informed on compliance developments.
- Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain compliance matters, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Compliance, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Global Supply Chain Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including But Not Limited To Good Distribution Practices (Gdp), Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp), And International Traffic In Arms Regulations (Itar).
Experience With Auditing And Risk Assessment Methodologies, As Well As Implementing Corrective Actions And Continuous Improvement Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Liaise With Cross-Functional Teams, External Stakeholders, And Regulatory Authorities.
