  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and increase market share within the Central Ohio region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales and promote brand awareness.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of account strategies and initiatives.
  4. Understand the needs and challenges of key accounts and proactively address them through customized solutions.
  5. Utilize market and industry knowledge to identify opportunities for business growth and development.
  6. Develop and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and executives.
  7. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability and sales.
  8. Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform account strategies.
  10. Represent Sanofi at industry conferences, events, and meetings to network and promote company products and services.
  11. Mentor and support other team members to ensure overall success of the Central Ohio region.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all interactions with key accounts.
  13. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the company's presence in the region.
  14. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on account activities and progress.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to improving patient lives by promoting and adhering to ethical standards in all business interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Strategic Account Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Knowledge Of Formulary Management, Payer Reimbursement, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data To Develop Strategic Business Plans And Drive Results.
