- Conduct regular audits to assess and monitor compliance with SOX regulations.
- Analyze financial processes and identify any potential risks or non-compliance issues.
- Develop and implement effective controls and procedures to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
- Communicate any changes or updates to SOX regulations to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper documentation and evidence of compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on SOX compliance and best practices.
- Perform testing and evaluation of internal controls to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of SOX compliance activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compliance status and present findings to management.
- Stay informed of any updates or changes to SOX regulations and adapt processes accordingly.
- Identify and address any potential compliance risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth and successful audits.
- Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide compliance initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional and ethical manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sox Compliance, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Sarbanes-Oxley Act Requirements And Internal Control Frameworks.
Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Or Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Designation Is Preferred.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
