  1. Lead the development and implementation of innovative engineering and automation technologies within the company.
  2. Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and understand their needs and requirements related to engineering and automation.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and trends in engineering and automation to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  4. Design and execute experiments and tests to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of new technologies.
  5. Create detailed project plans and timelines for the development and implementation of new engineering and automation solutions.
  6. Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  7. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the development and implementation process.
  8. Communicate project progress and results to upper management and other stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve existing engineering and automation processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in engineering and automation.
  12. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team and across departments.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field: A Senior Scientist At Sanofi Should Hold A Phd In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Automation. This Advanced Degree Ensures A Strong Foundation Of Technical Knowledge And Research Skills.

  • Extensive Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience Working In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Strong Background In Engineering And Automation. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Projects Related To Automation And Technology In A Pharmaceutical Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Scientist, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Engineers And Researchers.
