  6. Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management, providing regular updates and reports on project communication efforts.
  7. Monitor and track project communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Identify potential risks and issues related to project communication and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in project communication to continuously improve Sanofi's approach.
  10. Represent Sanofi at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative projects and communicating our mission to improve patient lives.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all projects.
  12. Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables align with communication plans.
  13. Develop and manage budgets for project communication activities.
  14. Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on project communication strategies and tactics.
  15. Continuously evaluate and optimize project communication processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
