- Lead the manufacturing support teams in developing and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and excellence in our manufacturing processes.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the manufacturing support teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing support teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and drive a culture of quality and compliance within the manufacturing support teams.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Extensive Experience In Managing Manufacturing Operations: A Senior Manager In Manufacturing Support Should Have A Strong Background In Managing Manufacturing Processes And Operations. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Production Planning, Quality Control, And Supply Chain Management.
