  1. Develop and lead patient support programs that align with Sanofi's mission and values.
  2. Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of patient support programs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address patient needs and challenges.
  4. Develop and monitor program metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in patient support services to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of patient support professionals to ensure high-quality and compassionate care for patients.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and internal teams.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the development and delivery of patient support programs.
  9. Develop and manage the budget for patient support services, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  10. Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement of patient support services.
  11. Represent Sanofi at industry events and conferences to showcase our patient support initiatives.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote patient support services and increase awareness among patients and healthcare providers.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance patient support services.
  14. Act as a spokesperson for Sanofi's patient support services, promoting our commitment to improving the lives of patients.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and quality of care.
