  1. Lead and oversee the search and evaluation process for new partnerships, collaborations, and licensing opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry to identify potential opportunities for Sanofi.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential opportunities and make strategic recommendations to senior management.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  5. Work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to negotiate and structure deals that align with Sanofi's strategic goals.
  6. Manage a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of search and evaluation activities.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and thought leaders in the industry.
  8. Analyze and present data and market insights to senior management to support decision-making.
  9. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the search and evaluation process.
  10. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships and collaborations comply with regulations and company policies.
  11. Represent Sanofi at industry conferences and events to network and identify potential opportunities.
  12. Act as a mentor and coach for team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  13. Contribute to the overall growth and success of Sanofi by contributing to the company's strategic plans and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Life Sciences Or Related Field: A Strong Background In Life Sciences Is Essential For A Senior Director Of Search & Evaluation At Sanofi, As They Will Be Responsible For Evaluating Potential Partnerships And Acquisition Targets In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Extensive Experience In Search And Evaluation: Candidates Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Search And Evaluation, With A Proven Track Record Of Identifying And Executing Successful Partnerships And Acquisitions In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Director, This Role Will Require Strong Leadership And Management Capabilities To Oversee A Team Of Professionals And Effectively Communicate With Other Departments And External Partners.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Senior Director Of Search & Evaluation Will Need To Have A Strategic Mindset And A Deep Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry To Identify And Evaluate Potential Opportunities That Align With Sanofi's Business Objectives.
