- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement statistical methodologies for biomarker analysis.
- Develop and implement statistical plans for clinical trials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide statistical expertise and guidance in the interpretation and communication of results to various stakeholders.

Advanced Degree In Biostatistics Or Related Field: A Senior Biostatistician Biomarker At Sanofi Should Have At Least A Master's Degree In Biostatistics Or A Related Field Such As Statistics, Epidemiology, Or Data Science. A Phd May Be Preferred For More Senior Roles.
Extensive Experience In Clinical Trial Design And Analysis: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Analyzing Clinical Trials, With A Focus On Biomarker Endpoints. They Should Be Well-Versed In Statistical Methods For Analyzing Biomarker Data And Have A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements.
Proficiency In Statistical Software And Programming Languages: A Senior Biostatistician Biomarker Should Have A Strong Working Knowledge Of Statistical Software Such As Sas Or R, As Well As Experience With Programming Languages Such As Python Or Sql.
