In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the SAP functional team to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of our SAP solutions.   1. Lead and manage the SAP functional team to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of SAP solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP modules and processes and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP projects.
  5. Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions in accordance with best practices and company standards.
  6. Provide guidance and support to the SAP functional team, including training and mentoring, to ensure continuous improvement and development.
  7. Collaborate with IT leadership to define and prioritize the SAP roadmap based on business needs and strategic objectives.
  8. Monitor and manage the performance of SAP systems and processes, identifying and resolving any issues or inefficiencies.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all SAP implementations and activities.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the SAP functional team, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to optimize SAP processes and solutions.
  11. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure effective delivery of SAP projects and support services.
  12. Represent the company and the SAP functional team in internal and external meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of SAP projects, initiatives, and performance metrics.
  14. Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes for the SAP functional team.
  15. Adhere to budget and resource allocations for SAP projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Experience In Sap Implementation And Management, With A Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry And Its Specific Business Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In Delivering Complex Sap Projects, Including Project Planning, Budget Management, And Resource Allocation.

  • Extensive Experience In Providing Functional Support, Troubleshooting And Issue Resolution, And Developing And Implementing Business Process Improvements Within Sap Erp Modules Such As Fi/Co, Sd, Mm, And Pp.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization, Including Senior Management, To Identify Business Needs And Translate Them Into Sap Solutions.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Information Technology, Business Administration, Or A Related Field, With Sap Certifications Preferred. A Minimum Of X Years Of Experience In Sap Functional Management Roles Is Required.
