- Lead and manage a team of data migration developers to ensure the successful implementation of new SAP systems and migration of data from legacy systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data migration strategies
- Design, develop, and test data migration programs and scripts to transfer data accurately and efficiently
- Create and maintain documentation for data migration processes and procedures
- Identify and troubleshoot any data quality issues during the migration process
- Monitor and report on data migration progress and escalate any risks or issues to management
- Ensure compliance with all data governance and security policies and regulations
- Train and mentor team members on data migration best practices and techniques
- Continuously improve and optimize data migration processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Extensive Experience With Sap Data Migration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Data Migration, With A Deep Understanding Of The Various Tools And Methodologies Used In The Process.
Leadership Skills: As A Team Lead, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Data Migration Developers And Drive Them Towards Successful Project Completion.
Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Data Migration Projects, Including Planning, Resource Allocation, And Timely Delivery.
Strong Technical Background: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Sap, With Expertise In Relevant Modules Such As Sap Hana, Sap Data Services, And Sap Information Steward.
