  1. Represent the company's products and services to potential and existing clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends.
  3. Utilize strong sales techniques and strategies to generate new business leads and close sales.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers.
  5. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote the company's products and services.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and presentations that effectively communicate the value of the company's products.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry news, competitors, and market trends to inform sales strategies and approaches.
  11. Travel to various locations within the assigned territory to meet with clients and conduct sales presentations.
  12. Communicate regularly with the sales team and management, providing updates on sales activities and progress towards targets.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, maintaining a positive and professional image at all times.
  14. Continuously seek out new opportunities for business growth and expansion within the assigned territory.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Sales Representative, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building Relationships With Clients And Promoting Sanofi's Products. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Convey The Benefits Of The Products And Close Deals.

  • Knowledge Of The Pharmaceutical Industry: A Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Knowledge Of Regulations, Market Trends, And Competitors, Is Essential For This Role. This Will Enable The Candidate To Position Sanofi's Products Effectively And Stay Ahead Of The Competition.

  • Customer-Oriented Mindset: The Candidate Should Have A Customer-Centric Approach And Be Able To Understand The Needs And Preferences Of Healthcare Professionals. They Should Also Be Able To Build Long-Term Relationships With Clients And Provide Excellent Customer Service.

  • Fluency In Spanish And English: As Sanofi Operates Globally, Proficiency In Both Spanish And English Is Necessary For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively In Both Languages, Both Verbally And In Writing, To Interact With Clients And Colleagues.
