Job Description

At Sanofi, we are looking for a talented and motivated Research Scientist to join our team and develop innovative solutions to help improve healthcare. We seek an individual with a passion for research and a commitment to making a lasting impact.The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relevant scientific field, such as molecular biology, biochemistry, or immunology, and a proven record of experience in research and development. Knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development, cell-based assays, genomics, and/or proteomics is preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research and development projects in the field of molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, or related scientific disciplines.
  2. Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to improve healthcare.
  3. Analyze data and interpret results.
  4. Develop and present findings to colleagues and external stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the research and development team.
  6. Utilize pharmaceutical drug development, cell-based assays, genomics, and proteomics knowledge in research initiatives.
  7. Write and review scientific reports, manuscripts, and grant proposals.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in scientific research and development.
  9. Ensure research and development initiatives adhere to ethical guidelines.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.
