  1. Manage customer requests: The Requests and Disputes Trainee will be responsible for handling all customer requests, ensuring prompt and efficient service.

  • Fluency In Spanish And English: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Be Able To Communicate Fluently In Both Spanish And English, As They Will Be Responsible For Handling Requests And Disputes From Spanish-Speaking Customers.

  • Customer Service Experience: A Background In Customer Service Is Essential For This Role, As The Trainee Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Experience In Handling Difficult Or Sensitive Customer Inquiries Is A Plus.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Requests And Disputes Trainee, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Accurately Processing And Documenting Customer Requests And Disputes. Therefore, Strong Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills Are Necessary For This Position.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Think Critically And Come Up With Solutions To Customer Issues Is Crucial For This Role. The Trainee Should Be Able To Handle Complex Situations And Find Resolutions That Satisfy Both The Customer And The Company.
