- Develop and implement regulatory strategies for products to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest regulatory requirements and guidelines to ensure the company's products are in line with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to support regulatory submissions.
- Conduct thorough research and review of scientific literature, regulatory guidelines, and market trends to inform regulatory strategy.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including but not limited to, INDs, NDAs, and BLAs.
- Communicate and negotiate with regulatory authorities to obtain timely approvals for product submissions.
- Monitor and track regulatory submissions and approvals, ensuring all timelines are met.
- Identify potential regulatory risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory matters and provide guidance to internal teams.
- Collaborate with global regulatory teams to ensure consistency in regulatory strategy and submissions.
- Participate in regulatory agency inspections and audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all regulatory activities and submissions.
- Stay informed on changes in regulations and legislation that may impact products and provide recommendations for necessary updates.
- Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory authorities for all regulatory matters.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory processes and procedures within the company.
Advanced Degree In Regulatory Affairs: This Position Requires A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Regulatory Affairs Or Related Field, Demonstrating A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Processes And Requirements.
Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Fda Regulations, As Well As Global Regulatory Requirements For Drug Development And Commercialization.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills: A Regulatory Strategist Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Negotiate With Regulatory Agencies, As Well As Internal Teams And Stakeholders.
Experience With Regulatory Submissions: Previous Experience In Preparing And Submitting Regulatory Documents, Such As Inds, Ndas, And Blas, Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
