Responsibilities of the Regulatory Affairs Specialist:
- Utilize knowledge of industry regulations to provide guidance on regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Monitor regulatory trends and changes to ensure all regulations are up-to-date.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents such as applications, reports, and notifications to relevant authorities.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain and update regulatory databases and records.
- Provide regulatory advice and support to other departments.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with regulatory activities.
- Develop and provide training on regulatory affairs to staff.
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution of regulatory issues.
