Job Description

At Sanofi, we are looking for a talented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our dynamic team.The Regulatory Affairs Specialist is a key member of the Regulatory Affairs team, tasked with ensuring that the company remains compliant with all applicable regulations. As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining regulatory documents, tracking compliance, and submitting and tracking applications and renewals with regulatory bodies.We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience• At least 3 years of experience working in regulatory affairs• Working knowledge of current regulatory requirements• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize• Problem-solving and analytical skills• Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamIf you are passionate about compliance and are looking for an opportunity to make a real impact at Sanofi, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and maintain regulatory documents and compliance procedures • Submit and track applications and renewals with regulatory bodies • Regularly review relevant regulations for changes, and update compliance procedures accordingly • Research international regulations and guidelines to ensure global compliance • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with regulatory bodies • Provide expert advice on regulatory matters to other departments • Assist with the preparation of regulatory submissions and responses to questions from regulatory authorities • Monitor product registrations and ensure timely renewals • Prepare periodic reports on regulatory activities • Manage and resolve regulatory inquiries and complaints • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in regulatory affairs.
