- Conduct thorough analyses of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary changes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and communication materials to support change initiatives.

Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Methodologies
Degree In Business Administration, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Change Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry
