  1. Manage contract agreements with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of research and development projects.
  2. Monitor contract timelines and deliverables, and communicate any potential issues or delays to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of contract terms and conditions, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and negotiate new contracts, as well as make amendments to existing contracts.
  5. Facilitate communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  6. Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  7. Conduct regular contract performance evaluations and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  8. Proactively identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues related to contract management.
  9. Keep accurate and organized records of all contract-related documentation and correspondence.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project and contract management, and make recommendations for implementation.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in contract management activities.
  12. Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
  13. Act as a liaison between the organization and external partners and vendors.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the research and development projects by ensuring efficient and effective contract management.
  15. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all contract management activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of The Drug Development Process And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Project Management, Or Life Sciences.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Contract Management Or Project Coordination Within A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Detail-Oriented And Highly Organized, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
