- Oversee and manage all quality control processes and procedures for consumer healthcare products at Sanofi.
- Develop and implement quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues.
- Manage a team of quality control professionals and provide guidance and support for their development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve processes and procedures related to quality control.
- Monitor and analyze product and process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components used in our products.
- Lead investigations and corrective actions for any quality issues or non-conformances.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations related to consumer healthcare products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections and audits as needed.
- Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior management.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.
- Act as a quality subject matter expert and provide training and support to other departments.
- Ensure that all quality control activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold our commitment to quality and patient safety.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacy, Chemistry, Or Quality Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Management In The Consumer Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Standards, Such As Fda, Iso, And Gmp.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Processes And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
