- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Sanofi's business solutions and their impact on quality and compliance.
- Create and implement quality standards and processes for all business solutions, ensuring they meet FDA regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics for business solutions, identifying trends and proactively addressing any issues.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry
Extensive Knowledge Of Quality Systems, Regulations, And Compliance Standards, Such As Fda, Eu Gmp, And Ich Guidelines
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Quality Issues Effectively
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Quality Improvements And Ensure Compliance.
