- Lead and oversee all qualification and validation activities for Sanofi products.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough reviews of product design, manufacturing processes, and equipment to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute validation plans, protocols, and reports.
- Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies for product quality and compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to stay updated on industry standards and requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain all necessary documentation, including validation reports, procedures, and protocols.
- Train and mentor team members on validation procedures and industry regulations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of validation processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management and regulatory agencies, to provide updates on validation activities and compliance status.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to qualification and validation processes.
- Ensure timely completion of all validation activities and maintain project timelines.
- Identify and address any potential issues or risks that may impact product quality or compliance.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures related to qualification and validation are followed.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Advanced Degree In A Scientific Or Engineering Field, Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Or Biomedical Engineering.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Qualification And Validation Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp), And International Guidelines For Validation.
Experience Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In The Execution Of Qualification And Validation Projects.
