- Oversee and manage all quality assurance activities related to shopfloor operations.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes, equipment, and materials to identify and address any potential quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor shopfloor staff on quality assurance principles and procedures.
- Ensure all shopfloor personnel are following established quality protocols and procedures.
- Review and approve all quality-related documentation, including batch records, deviation reports, and change controls.
- Participate in the review and approval of new or modified shopfloor processes and equipment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any quality-related inquiries or concerns from regulatory agencies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure the company remains in compliance.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of shopfloor operations.
- Communicate quality-related updates and initiatives to upper management.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Uphold a strong culture of quality and compliance within the shopfloor team.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Assurance, Pharmacy, Or Chemistry.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Current Quality Management Systems, Regulations, And Guidelines, Such As Cgmp, Fda, And Ich.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Executing Quality Improvement Initiatives And Driving Continuous Improvement In Quality And Compliance.
