Job Description

  1. Develop and maintain SharePoint and website projects for Sanofi.
  2. Utilize expertise in project management to drive successful implementation and maintenance of projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  4. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to SharePoint and website development.
  6. Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends and best practices in project management and SharePoint/website development.
  7. Ensure projects meet company standards and comply with relevant regulations.
  8. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project team and management.
  9. Provide training and support to team members on SharePoint and website development.
  10. Maintain project documentation and ensure it is kept up-to-date.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of projects.
  12. Actively participate in meetings and discussions related to project planning and progress.
  13. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in all project work.
  14. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
  15. Act as a point of contact for any SharePoint or website development related queries or concerns.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sharepoint Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Extensive Experience And Expertise In Working With Sharepoint, Including Knowledge Of Its Various Features And Functionalities.

  • Strong Understanding Of Website Development: The Project Specialist Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Website Design And Development, Including Proficiency In Html, Css, And Javascript.

  • Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Manage And Prioritize Multiple Projects, Meet Deadlines, And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Pharmaceutical Industry: Familiarity With The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. Previous Experience Working In A Similar Role At A Pharmaceutical Company Is A Plus.
