  1. Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  2. Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  3. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  4. Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Participate in training programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  6. Identify and report any issues or deviations in production processes to the appropriate personnel.
  7. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure product integrity.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and report any safety concerns to management.
  10. Continuously strive for process improvement and suggest ways to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Assist in the training and development of new production team members.
  12. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure production goals are met.
  13. Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  14. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure product quality.
  15. Adhere to production schedules and meet production targets.
  16. Take part in regular team meetings and provide input for process improvement initiatives.
  17. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and patient safety.
  18. Adhere to all company and industry regulations and guidelines.
  19. Take responsibility for personal development and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  20. Maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive production data.
  21. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
