  1. Operate and maintain production equipment to meet production targets and quality standards.
  2. Perform routine and non-routine tasks in the production process, including but not limited to harvesting, filtration, purification, and packaging.
  3. Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  4. Monitor and record production data accurately and timely to ensure product traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and communicate any deviations or abnormalities to the appropriate personnel.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimization initiatives.
  7. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  8. Follow strict aseptic techniques and maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent contamination and maintain product integrity.
  9. Comply with all quality control standards and participate in quality assurance activities, such as batch record review and documentation.
  10. Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of production processes and equipment.
  11. Adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements to ensure product quality and safety.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and a culture of continuous improvement.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities and assist with inventory management and tracking.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and conduct standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Pharmaceutical Production: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Pharmaceutical Production Environment, Preferably In The Production Of Vaccines. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Industry Regulations, Safety Protocols, And Quality Control Processes.

  • Knowledge Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp): Gmp Is A Set Of Guidelines That Ensures The Quality And Safety Of Pharmaceutical Products. The Production Technician Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Gmp And Be Able To Adhere To These Standards In Their Work.

  • Attention To Detail: Vaccines Require Precision And Accuracy At Every Step Of The Production Process. A Qualified Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That All Procedures And Protocols Are Followed Correctly.

  • Ability To Work In A Team: Production Of Vaccines Involves Collaboration And Coordination With Various Departments And Team Members. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Teamwork Skills And Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Others.

  • Technical Skills: A Production Technician Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Technical Equipment And Be Able To Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise During Production. Knowledge Of Laboratory Techniques, Data Analysis, And Computer Skills Is Also Essential For This Role.
