  1. Develop and implement marketing automation strategies for the B2B and HCP sectors.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for all marketing automation initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation, using this knowledge to continuously improve and optimize our strategies.
  5. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  6. Conduct regular analysis and reporting on the performance of marketing automation campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  7. Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing automation initiatives.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert for marketing automation, providing guidance and training to team members and stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure the proper implementation and maintenance of marketing automation tools and systems.
  10. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for marketing automation initiatives.
  11. Continuously monitor and improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  13. Act as a leader and mentor within the marketing automation team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  14. Stay informed on compliance regulations and ensure all marketing automation initiatives are in line with company policies and regulations.
  15. Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or issues that may impact the success of marketing automation initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Marketing Automation Platforms: A Product Owner For Marketing Automation At Sanofi Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Different Marketing Automation Tools Such As Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Etc. They Should Be Able To Leverage These Platforms To Execute Effective Marketing Campaigns And Drive Lead Generation.

  • Experience In B2B And Hcp Marketing: Sanofi Is A Pharmaceutical Company That Targets Both B2B Clients And Healthcare Professionals (Hcps). The Product Owner For Marketing Automation Should Have Experience In Both B2B And Hcp Marketing. This Includes An Understanding Of The Different Marketing Channels, Messaging, And Tactics That Are Effective In Reaching These Audiences.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making Skills: The Product Owner Should Be Able To Analyze Data From Marketing Automation Campaigns And Use It To Make Informed Decisions. This Includes Setting Measurable Goals, Tracking Key Performance Indicators (Kpis), And Using Data To Optimize Campaigns For Better Results.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: As A Product Owner, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing Projects Related To Marketing Automation. They Should Have Experience In Project Management Methodologies And Be Able To Coordinate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Timely And Successful Project Completion.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Product Owner Will Work Closely With Various Teams, Including Marketing, Sales, It, And External Vendors. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Effective Teamwork And Achieving Common Goals. The Product Owner Should Also Be Able To Clearly Communicate Project Updates And Progress To Stakeholders At All Levels.
