- Lead the design and development of quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) models to support drug discovery and development.
- Conduct scientific research and data analysis to inform and validate QSP models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QSP models into drug discovery and development processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in QSP methodologies and techniques.
- Communicate complex scientific concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of QSP model outputs and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Manage and mentor a team of scientists and research associates to support QSP projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support QSP initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of departmental strategies and goals.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines in the development and use of QSP models.

Advanced Degree In Life Sciences: The Ideal Candidate For The Principal Scientist Qsp Job At Sanofi Should Possess A Ph.d. Or Equivalent Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Pharmacology, Or Biomedical Engineering.
Extensive Experience In Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (Qsp): The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Developing And Applying Qsp Models To Support Drug Discovery And Development In The Pharmaceutical Industry. This Should Include Experience In Building Mechanistic Models, Integrating Multi-Omics Data, And Using Qsp To Inform Decision-Making.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Principal Scientist, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Scientists And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Are Essential For This Role.
