- Develop and implement strategies for life cycle management (LCM) of existing products.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify potential opportunities for LCM.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive LCM initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with various departments, including R&D, marketing, and regulatory, to ensure successful LCM implementation.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of product data to inform LCM strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products and make recommendations for improvements or modifications.
- Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with LCM projects and develop mitigation plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in LCM strategies.
- Train and mentor junior scientists and team members on LCM principles and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting LCM strategies and results to senior management.
- Manage budget and resources for LCM projects.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Act as a subject matter expert in LCM and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve LCM processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the LCM team.
- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other industry events to share knowledge and insights on LCM.
Advanced Degree In A Scientific Field Related To Drug Development, Such As Pharmacy, Chemistry, Or Biochemistry.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Life Cycle Management And Technical Leadership.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects.
Extensive Knowledge Of Drug Development Processes And Regulations, Including Fda And Ich Guidelines.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Develop Innovative Solutions.
