  2. Develop and implement an effective portfolio strategy based on data insights and industry trends.
  3. Identify and evaluate key business opportunities and risks within the portfolio.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into business plans and decision-making processes.
  5. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to inform portfolio strategy.
  6. Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends in large and complex data sets.
  7. Present data-driven recommendations and insights to senior leadership to drive business decisions.
  8. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout the portfolio analytics process.
  9. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their analytical skills.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve portfolio strategy.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry: Sanofi Is A Global Pharmaceutical Company, And The Portfolio Analytics Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry And Its Trends. This Includes Knowledge Of Drug Development, Commercialization, And Market Dynamics.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior-Level Position, The Portfolio Analytics Director Should Have Strong Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Lead A Team Of Analysts And Drive Strategic Decisions. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proficiency In Data Visualization And Reporting Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Various Data Visualization And Reporting Tools, Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Spotfire. This Will Be Important For Effectively Presenting Insights And Recommendations To Key Stakeholders.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Master's Degree Or Higher In A Relevant Field Such As Business Analytics, Finance, Or Economics Is Preferred For This Role. This Demonstrates A Strong Academic Background And Knowledge In Relevant Analytical Techniques And Concepts.
