- Develop and implement strategies to drive excellence in talent management and development within the R&D team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address people-related challenges and opportunities.
- Create and maintain a positive and engaging work culture that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to R&D leaders, providing guidance and support on people-related matters.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and management capabilities within the R&D team.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and talent assessments.
- Identify and implement best practices for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Analyze and report on key people metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment in people strategies and practices across the organization.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management and development to continuously improve the company's approach.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or R&D Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Performance Management And Talent Development Strategies.
Experience In Implementing And Managing Employee Engagement Initiatives.
