In this role, you will be responsible for leading our human resources strategy and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent in one of our key markets. We are looking for a strategic thinker with extensive experience in HR management, a strong understanding of the German market, and a proven track record of driving business results through effective people strategies.   1. Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management to continuously improve our people practices.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to identify and address key talent needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, develop insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve our people processes.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to human resources in Germany.
  9. Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that support the company's growth and success.
  10. Champion a culture of continuous learning and development by identifying training and development needs and implementing programs to support employee growth and career progression.
  11. Act as a change agent, driving cultural transformation and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  12. Represent the company in external HR events and conferences and stay informed about the competition's HR practices and trends.
  13. Develop and implement employee retention strategies to ensure a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction.
  14. Collaborate with global HR leaders to share best practices and align on global HR initiatives.
  15. Monitor and report on key HR metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership on the state of the workforce in Germany.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Hr Leadership Roles, With At Least 5 Years In A Managerial Position.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of German Labor Laws, Regulations, And Hr Practices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives, With A Focus On Driving Organizational Culture And Employee Engagement.

  • Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
