Your expertise in neurology and your ability to connect with patients will be essential in this role.We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, specifically in neurology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.   1. Develop and implement patient education programs for neurological conditions in the New England region.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that patient education materials are accurate and up-to-date.
  3. Utilize your expertise in neurology to create educational materials and programs that are tailored to the needs of patients.
  4. Connect with patients and their families to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary information to manage their health effectively.
  5. Conduct trainings and educational sessions for healthcare professionals on the latest advancements and treatments in neurology.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient education programs and make necessary improvements.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the neurology community, including healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and patient support organizations.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance in all patient education materials and programs.
  9. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex medical information to patients and healthcare professionals.
  10. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  11. Keep track of budget and expenses related to patient education programs and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  12. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and events related to neurology and patient education.
  13. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities for patient education programs.
  14. Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistency and high-quality in patient education initiatives.
  15. Continuously assess and improve patient satisfaction with educational materials and programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Patient Education, Preferably In Neurology Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Patient Education Best Practices And Principles, As Well As Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team Of Patient Educators.

  • Experience Working In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company, With Knowledge Of Drug Development And Launch Processes, Is Preferred.
