- Operate packaging equipment and machinery to ensure timely and accurate packaging of pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of packaging materials and supplies, ensuring that they meet quality standards.
- Perform quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot packaging equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functioning.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all aspects of packaging.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of packaging processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Identify and report any issues or deviations in the packaging process to management.
- Continuously strive to improve packaging processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and compliance.
- Train and mentor new packaging technicians as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and guidelines related to packaging and labeling of pharmaceutical products.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company in a positive light to colleagues and external stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Packaging Equipment: The First And Most Important Qualification For A Packaging Technician At Sanofi Is A Thorough Understanding Of Packaging Equipment. This Includes Experience With Various Types Of Machinery Such As Filling, Labeling, And Sealing Equipment.
Attention To Detail: As A Packaging Technician, It Is Essential To Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That All Packaging Materials And Products Meet Quality Standards. This Includes Checking For Proper Labeling, Expiration Dates, And Packaging Integrity.
Ability To Follow Standard Operating Procedures: Sanofi Has Strict Quality Standards And Procedures In Place For Packaging Operations. A Qualified Packaging Technician Should Be Able To Follow These Procedures Accurately To Ensure Consistency And Compliance.
Pharmaceutical Industry Experience: Experience Working In The Pharmaceutical Industry Is Highly Desirable For This Role. A Candidate With Previous Experience In A Similar Role Will Have A Better Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Member Of A Production Team, A Packaging Technician Must Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Colleagues And Supervisors. This Includes Reporting Any Issues Or Concerns Promptly And Clearly.
