Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver educational and training programs for nurses and other healthcare professionals.
2. Create assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of educational programs.
3. Utilize various methods to educate and inspire nurses and other healthcare professionals, including lectures, workshops, seminars, and online courses.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure educational programs meet the needs of all stakeholders.
5. Maintain accurate records of educational activities and outcomes.
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of nurses and other healthcare professionals who have participated in educational programs.
7. Keep up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations and best practices.
8. Work closely with the nursing and administrative staff to ensure the coordination of educational activities.
