Nurse Educator

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Nurse Educator to join our team at Sanofi. This position requires a unique combination of clinical expertise, knowledge of learning principles, and excellent communication skills. The Nurse Educator will be responsible for delivering innovative and engaging training and development programs to support our healthcare professionals in the delivery of patient care.Successful candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse. Preference will be given to those with a Master’s degree in Nursing Education, Health Education, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience in nursing practice and/or nursing education is required. Candidates should also have experience with teaching in a variety of healthcare settings, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and engage learners.We are excited to add a Nurse Educator to our team. Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver innovative and engaging training and development programs for healthcare professionals • Ensure programs are up-to-date and relevant to the healthcare industry • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary • Provide guidance and support to healthcare professionals in the delivery of patient care • Collaborate with other educational departments such as Human Resources and Quality Improvement • Maintain a current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse • Remain up-to-date with the latest developments in the healthcare field • Facilitate web-based and in-person training sessions • Conduct assessments and evaluate the performance of healthcare professionals • Participate in research projects related to nursing education • Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation
