  1. Oversee all real estate projects in North America, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for all real estate projects in North America.
  3. Manage and coordinate with internal and external teams, including architects, contractors, and vendors, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Analyze and evaluate potential real estate opportunities, including site selection, due diligence, and financial analysis.
  5. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for real estate projects.
  7. Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues.
  8. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  9. Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership on project status, budget, and timeline.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of real estate projects.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and other team members.
  12. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in real estate project management to drive continuous improvement.
  13. Represent Sanofi in negotiations and meetings with external partners and vendors.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of real estate projects with other business initiatives.
  15. Uphold Sanofi's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Project Management, Preferably In The North American Market.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local Building Codes, Regulations, And Permitting Processes In Various States And Provinces.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Commercial Real Estate Projects From Conception To Completion.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
