Experience In Product Launch: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Launching New Products In The Pharmaceutical Industry. This Should Include Experience In Developing Launch Strategies, Managing Cross-Functional Teams, And Executing Launch Plans.
