- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive sales, market share, and profitability for Sanofi's vaccines portfolio within key national accounts and buying groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at national accounts and buying groups to enhance Sanofi's position as a preferred partner.
- Lead and manage negotiations and contract renewals with national accounts and buying groups to maximize business opportunities and ensure favorable terms for Sanofi.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Market Access to develop and execute tailored strategies and initiatives for national accounts and buying groups.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and anticipate potential challenges.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to drive results.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the national accounts team, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and values.
- Serve as a key point of contact for national accounts and buying groups, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct regular business reviews and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance, opportunities, and challenges within the national accounts and buying groups channel.
- Represent Sanofi at industry conferences and events, building brand awareness and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards, ensuring ethical and responsible business practices at all times.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and optimize performance within the national accounts and buying groups channel.
- Act as a mentor and coach for team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.
Extensive Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales And Account Management, With A Focus On Vaccines And Immunization Products.
Strong Understanding Of The National Healthcare Landscape, Including Key Stakeholders Such As Channel Partners, Buying Groups, And Government Agencies.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Sales Strategies To Drive Revenue Growth In The National Accounts Segment.
