Market Access Manager

Sanofi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Access Manager to join our team! As a Market Access Manager, you will work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure our products are accessible and affordable to our customers. This position requires a strong understanding of market access and healthcare reimbursement processes, as well as a passion for driving successful outcomes and improving patient access to our products.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare, business, or finance, and at least three years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You should have a strong understanding of the US healthcare system and the ability to interpret and apply relevant policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure market access and reimbursement of Sanofi products
2. Monitor and analyze healthcare reimbursement policies and procedures
3. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes
4. Create and present market access materials to internal and external stakeholders
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external third-party payers and other key stakeholders
6. Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to develop insights and strategies
7. Stay up to date on healthcare reimbursement regulations and trends
8. Utilize communication and problem-solving skills to resolve market access issues
9. Prepare and present reports on market access activities and outcomes
10. Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
11. Participate in conferences and other industry events to stay current on market access trends.
