- Monitor and analyze market access trends, policies, and regulations to inform strategy development.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and patient organizations.
- Lead negotiations with payers to secure favorable formulary placement and coverage for Sanofi's products.
- Develop and manage budgets for market access activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market access strategy and pricing decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in market access.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of market access strategies.
- Represent Sanofi at industry conferences and events related to market access.
- Mentor and train junior team members to ensure a high-performing and collaborative team.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations, including compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve market access processes and procedures.
- Drive business growth by achieving market access goals and objectives.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Market Access Or Related Field, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Landscape And Reimbursement Process, Including Knowledge Of Payer Policies And Regulations.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Market Access Strategies For New Products.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
